Medical Facilities: For your convenience, Tamarindo Beach will have a fully operational medical facility on-site should the need arise. Initially the facility will be a first aid center. As Tamarindo Beach grows, the medical center will have certified staff to assist with your care. The full built development version will feature a reception / check-in area, exam room, laboratory, overnight stay rooms, and equipment such as wheelchairs, crutches, etc.
The closest existing hospital at this time is in Leon, approx. 30 minutes.

- Juan Venado Island: Isla Juan Venado Nature Reserve is an important protected area in Nicaragua. Tamarindo Beach is currently working with the Municipality of Leon to create a biological corridor for tourism and environmental work. The corridor is made up of Tamarindo Beach (11km of Isla Real), Salinas Grandes (5km fishing village), Juan Venado Island (22km of nature reserve) and the Town of Las Penitas (northern entrance to Juan Venado).

- Activities like walking, bike riding, horse riding, ocean fishing, surfing and boogie boarding. The river at the back of the island also offers excellent snapper fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking and much more. Additionally, Leon offers all the amenities and activities of a city of 400,000 residents. Leon has live theater, numerous museums, colonial church tours, street vendors and much more.

All the paperwork is all up to date and taxes are paid.

The architectural design planning is in progress. Several house styles, duplex designs and two clubhouse designs are complete or in progress. In the architectural planning pipeline are designs for the boat moorage dock system, the marina offices, the townhouses, the condominiums, a mid sized hotel, four pools, the phone relay stations and the fishing lodge.
