Prices start at US $ 28,000 for a Quarter-Share of a City-Side fully furnished and equipped Condominium suite on the Second Floor. A Quarter-Share in a top-floor Two-Story loft suite with a private pool overlooking the ocean, is only U.S. $ 94,000. Average price for a Quarter-Share for one of these 21 Condo-Suites is a mere $ 56,975.

Hotel revenue will be dispersed to each Owner on a quarterly basis, i.e. every three months.  Revenue will be shared on a Percentage of Investment basis, and will be based on the total hotel income.  (Example: An investment in a $ 56,000 Quarter-Share will generate double the revenue that a $ 28,000 Quarter-Share generates)
