Ownership - Full or Fractional
Buyers can own a Quarter-Share, Half-Share, Three Quarter-Share, or Full Unit of a spectacular condominium located just mere steps from a beautiful tropical beach. AND have it paid for by their portion of rental revenue.
For every Quarter-Share purchased, buyers have full usage privileges for one month each year, with the remaining two-month balance allocated for Rental Pool usage.For example: Quarter-Share Ownership gives you one month of personal usage and two months of rental revenue per year, while Half-Share Ownership gives you two months of personal use, and four months of rental revenue every year.
Buyers actually OWN the property and receive a Registered DEED as a partial or full owner of each condominium. (Maximum 4 Quarter-Share Owners per condominium.)Unlike Time-Share programs, in which owners only have a Right-to-Use agreement, owners can sell their unit, or share of unit, on the open market at any time.
Note: If desired, all buyers will be able to secure Title Insurance through First American Title Company.
