We are delighted to tell you about the wonderful things happening at Las Perlas de Gran Pacifica, a luxury condominium development located in the Gran Pacifica Beach & Golf Resort. Located on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua, Gran Pacifica is a pleasant one hour drive west of Managua, the capitol city, where you will find many fine restaurants and shopping areas.

From the balcony of your beautifully appointed Las Perlas Condominium, you will be able to enjoy gorgeous Pacific sunsets or gaze over the more than three miles of Gran Pacifica coastline as it stretches towards Honduras to the north or Costa Rica to the south. Arise early in the morning and see the sun ascend from behind the coastal mountain range to the east.

Our Miami based architects have created living spaces that will provide amenities comparable to the best condominium developments in the world but will maintain the architectural flavor of Spanish Colonial Nicaragua. There will be green areas with native trees and flowers on the grounds that will enhance the natural beauty of the coastal setting. The ocean front condominiums will sit on a bluff overlooking a wide sandy beach below. The golf course condominiums that will be constructed in a later phase will border a fairway that will be part of the twenty-seven hole course. From the balcony of your fairway condominium you will be able to view the golf course and the Pacific in one breathtaking panorama.

Relax in the warm waters of our crescent shaped swimming pool that will overlook the Pacific. Las Perlas will feature one and two bedroom condominiums with a third bedroom lock-out option available with selected units. Our one bedroom units range in size from the 506 square foot Rivas Suite to the 958 square foot Esteli. Our two bedroom units range from the 1237 square foot San Juan to 1743 square foot Granada. Combine a Granada with a Rivas Suite and you will have a very spacious 2249 square foot three bedroom /three bath penthouse with rap-around balcony.

All condominiums will be part of our rental pool so you can expect to offset some of your costs to purchase and maintain your condominium. A homeowners association will oversee the maintenance of the common areas. We will be the only costal resort development in Nicaragua with elevators for easy access to the second and third floors and selected units will be ADA accessible. You will be able to choose from one of three professionally designed interior packages provided at very reasonable cost.
