Situated in Rivas County, on the Pacific Riviera Coast of Nicaragua, Arenas takes in approximately 215 hectares of land, including 3 kilometers of coastline.

Arenas is located in Tola, just one hour from the Costa Rican border and less than 140 kilometers from the capital city.

In just over two hours from Managua, you can be at one of Arenas’ three beaches, Playa Gigante (Giant Beach), Playa La Redonda (Round Beach), and Playa Manzanillo (Manzanillo Beach). All three bays have white sand, clear blue water, and the lush flora and fauna of the desert tropical region. And behind the beautiful beaches, endless views of hills and valleys to the east complete Arenas’ enchanting topography.
